Shipping
Hutson Arms complies with all local, state, and federal laws. All products sold are compliant and legal within the United States. For shipments containing items that we are legally required to obtain age verification upon delivery, Hutson Arms will add “Adult Signature-Required” delivery confirmation to your shipment.
Turnaround
We will do our best to turn kits around as quickly as possible. Expected turnaround time is 1 week not inclusive of shipping time.
Prices for shipping can vary by location and weight.
Warranty
Lifetime Limited Warranty: Hutson Arms Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, modifications, or normal wear and tear unless a part fails earlier than its expected service life, which will be determined at the sole discretion of Hutson Arms.
Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us and provide proof of purchase.
Warranty Remedies: The warranty will be honored by repair, replacement, refund, or replacement parts for the end user to repair, at the discretion of Hutson Arms.
Limitation: The warranty is limited as above. Hutson Arms is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Returns Policy
As this product requires modification to customer parts we cannot refund for the work. We will happily return or replace any kit components that are damaged or defective in accordance with our warranty. If you need to make a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by the shipper. Refund timelines depend on your banks processing time and can be anywhere from 3-5 business days.
